The easiest way to report a repair is to telephone our Contact Centre on 01724 279900. Our trained and friendly team of Customer Advisors are available from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday to help you.

If you have a repair that, if left unattended would present a Health and Safety risk to people or property, call 0800 032 6363.
Help us to help you
You can help us complete your repair quicker by providing as much information as possible. By doing so we can be sure that right person is sent to correct the problem. To help us achieve this we ask that when reporting a repair you have answers to the following questions:
- What is the problem?
- Where is the problem?
- When did the problem begin?
- What is happening now?
