When moving into your new home you may wish to know more about the estate that you will be living in. To help you understand more and settle in, we have provided a run down of estate plans that details information such as:

  • The housing owned by North Lincolnshire Homes broken down by type and size
  • Background details relating to the area
  • Performance statistics of the area in relationship to our Key Performance Indicators
  • Progress on your estate in relationship to the Improvement Programme
  • The satisfaction of tenants living in the area
  • What improvements and alterations are outlined for the area
