Carried out by Karen Cowan, Resident Involvement Manager for North Lincolnshire Homes, this training will provide information on setting aims and objectives for individual associations and groups, and how to incorporate these into actions plans and setting target dates.

This workshop will be carried out by Gender Shift Ltd. The aim of this workshop is to provide individuals with information on  – current legislation, recognising gender,  the behaviour and appearance and how to take appropriate action to prevent discrimination, challenge common myths, misunderstandings and inappropriate comments regarding gender and sexuality.

Carried out by Chris Baker, Community Investment Coordinator for North Lincolnshire Homes, this training will provide information on what exactly community cohesion is, and why is it so important for our neighbourhoods. It will also help tenants learn about local delivery structures and how you can use your efforts for a greater long term effect in your area.

Carried out by Holly McGlone, Value for Money and Procurement Manager for North Lincolnshire Homes, this session will provide an outline of what Value for Money means to tenants and why it is important, as well as outling what North Lincolnshire Homes want to achieve in the future and how tenants can play an active role.
