Wendy Britcliffe has over thirteen years experience working in housing, both in the private and public sectors. Wendy enjoys the variety of work and she has built up good working relationships with all of the resident volunteers.

Karen Ruscoe has over two years experience working in housing, having previously worked for a private company. Karen enjoys getting involved with the tenant volunteers and offering advice on ways they can improve the areas in which they live.

Jan has more than five years experience working in housing. She is often out on the estates, knocking on doors and encouraging residents to get involved - be it through resident associations or another involvement structure available.

Chris Baker's role is about helping communities to fund projects. Chris has worked in local communities for many years and enjoys helping people and groups who want to make communities better.
