Message from the Editor:
THE summer seems to have gone so fast and it hardly seems the right time to be introducing you to the autumn edition of Key News 
, but it's September and the new season is just around the corner.
For the first time we are unveiling a 16-page edition - up from the usual 12 page, which wasn't enough for all the news we have here at North Lincolnshire Homes.
It is a time for celebrations as we markt he birthdays of two of our centenarians, and we unveil news of our first ever newly built homes - and plans for massive spending on environmental works.
It is an edition, in fact, full of firsts - as we introduce Talented Tenants - those among you who have a special art for something, whether it be sports or playing an important and active role in your community.
We also introduce a feature which gives you the low down on our impending Audit Commission inspection and there's the usual 'Meet the Team' section along with fun and games on the back page.
