Customers have their say with Voluntas

To ensure that we improve our services based on what customers really want we have commissioned Rated by Residents™ from Voluntas Housing. Voluntas Housing is an independent research company which uses telephone surveys to gather satisfaction information and vital feedback.

From January 2012, tenants reporting a repair may receive a phone call from Voluntas once the repair is complete. They will ask a number of questions ranging from overall satisfaction with the service to ensuring your needs were taken into account. Please take the time to answer all of the questions as we really want to know what you think about the service we provide. This is the best way to have your say and make a difference.

You can be assured that the results are independent and if you wish confidential. However, if you give permission we will follow up where you have a complaint or are unhappy with your service.

The overall results of the survey will be presented in our Key News magazine and our Website. They will also be monitored by Community Voice.

We expect to increase the number of satisfaction surveys we carry out throughout 2012 (including Anti Social Behaviour, Lettings and Terminations, Supported Housing). Please be aware that if you answer a survey you will not be asked to answer another survey within 6 months.
