North Lincolnshire homes second Annual Report (Annual Report 2008 /2009 [PDF] ) highlights the key achievements of the organisation over the past year - with more than £36 million being spent on improving tenants' homes in the twelve months.

The theme of the Annual Report is how the organisation is getting better and stronger, from improving homes to greater tenant involvement.

Chairman Tony Lightfoot said: “In our first year we worked hard to establish the company as North Lincolnshire’s largest registered social landlord.

 “We began our major home improvement programme to provide our customers the modern and bright homes that they deserve and can be proud of.

“And we ensured that North Lincolnshire Homes was a key player in the development of the area, working closely with the council and other partners to deliver positive action in our neighbourhoods.”
