Selection process:
North Lincolnshire Homes welcomes the responses to advertised opportunities, provided that they are able to meet the required criteria. From these applicants a list of potential organisations is drafted, and dependent on the value of the requirement; those organisations shortlisted may be required to submit a quotation form or invited to tender.
There is no guarantee that every organisation that requests a quotation form or a tender document will be invited. Should this be the case North Lincolnshire Homes will inform the organisations and also offer a full and confidential debriefing, which many organisations find indispensible when applying for future opportunities.
